According to airmonng the driver is r8188eu and the chipset is RTL8188EUS I have read all over the web including here that this driver is not capable of true monitormode So I guess my question now is it a useless piece of kit for wireless pentesting or is there some hack/patch that can be made to it to enable monitormode ?
